Mexican Corn Salad

Mix in bowl:

3 cups canned corn
1 red pepper, diced
1 red onion, diced
1 can black beans, drained
1 zucchini cut into small chunks
cilantro, chopped to taste

Mix dressing and add to vegetables:

3 tablespoons oil
Juice of one lemon
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
