3 Tb. cold water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
6 ounces cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 pound crab meat
1 small onion, grated
Parsley
Soften gelatin in cold water.
Warm soup to simmering, add softened gelatin and cream cheese. Stir over medium heat until dissolved---about three minutes. Remove from heat.
Add mayonnaise, celery, crab meat and onion.
Rinse a 4-cup mold with cold water. Pour mixture into the mold and refrigerate overnight. Ummold, garnish with parsley and serve with crackers.
