1 box yellow cake mix
1 box lemon Jello (or pineapple Jello)
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. lemon flavoring (optional)
Combine cake, Jello, water, oil and eggs. Mix well and pour in greased loaf pan or angel food cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Lemon Glaze
1/4 cup lemon juice
1-1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
juice of 1-2 lemons
Mix ingredients until smooth and ice hot cake.
