Finnish Sour Cream Cake

2 eggs, beaten
2 cups sour cream
2 cups sugar
2-3 drops almond extract
3 cups flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cardamon

Combine eggs, sour cream, sugar and almond extract. Sift dry ingredients together and gradually add to egg mixture. Beat until smooth and well-mixed.

Pour into a WELL-buttered tube or bundt pan that has been dusted with granulated sugar or cookie crumbs. Bake one hour at 350 degrees. Cool 5-10 minutes before turning out of the pan.
