Horseradish Sauce

2-3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon mustard (Dijon is best)
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chives or chopped green onion

Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl and let chill in frig for a few hours. Serve with prime rib, rib steaks, pork shoulder, hamburgers, etc.
