1 pkg. lime jello
1 pkg. lemon jello
2 cups boiling water
1-1/2 cups cold water
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 small carton cottage cheese
1/2 pint heavy cream, whipped
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Dissolve lime and lemon jellos in 2 cups boiling water. Add cold water and place in refrigerator until partially set. Fold in pineapple and cottage cheese.
Whip cream with 1/4 cup sugar and vanilla. Fold whipped cream into jello and fruit mixture. Pour into a 9"x13" pan and set in refrigerator until firm. Cut into squares.
I could eat the entire pan all by myself!
