1 cup fat-free sour cream
2 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
1 dash of lime juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder (I usually double up on the garlic!)
1/2 Ground black pepper
Put ingredients in bowl.
Stir.
This is a great dip to help get down your raw vegetables. Whip up a bowl of this and you'll be macking away on carrots and celery in no time! Sometimes I'll cook up a pound of chicken breast, chop it into little pieces, and dip it into this stuff. It's just that tasty!
